Mmbop is working on something pretty nifty for management reports. Rather than using his calendar or a log to track what he and his crew does each month, he types it into a database.
Events are coded by who did it and what subject category it fits into based on the management reports.
Then, by entering a query and turning it into a report, he can generate a management report in less than 30 seconds.
I like because you enter the information once and pull it out of the database, rather than copy/paste from your log and rewrite to make it sound more 'worthy' of the report.
The nasty is that'll probably take an hour to get together and working. But...considering I spend 2 hours+ or more on my 7-14 page report, it might be worthwhile.
